Vortex Series

The BlackSpider BSA-V45.4 is part of the new Vortex Series of car audio amplifiers. Its 4-channel Class AB configuration provides multiple installation options for powering speakers, high-output drivers or compatible speaker combinations. Power output is rated at 300W RMS × 4 at 4 ohms and 450W RMS × 4 at 2 ohms. This amplifier can also be operated in bridged configuration, producing 900W RMS × 2 at 4 ohms.

The BSA-V45.4 includes variable high-pass and low-pass crossover controls, adjustable input sensitivity and 0–12 dB bass boost. A dual cooling fan system assists with airflow and heat management, while integrated short-circuit, thermal and overload protection provides additional protection during operation.

• Observe the correct speaker impedance: Do not connect loads below the amplifier’s supported impedance.
• Allow adequate ventilation and tune correctly: Keep sufficient airflow around the amplifier and do not obstruct the dual cooling fans. Set gain, HPF, LPF and bass boost according to the connected speakers rather than operating the controls at maximum.
• Professional installation is recommended.
